Founded in 1904 by Francisco Lafuente Torrón, better known as Paco Lafuente, Pontevedra, Spain. At the centre of one of the richest estuaries in the Atlantic Ocean with the unique sea conditions of Rías Gallegas (Galician estuaries) full of nutrients and minerals, protected by islands and rock formations providing the best quality fish and seafood these estuaries are known for.
