Paellas are meant to be shared with family and friends. In our family, everyone is involved in the making and watching of the Paella being prepared. Lots of photos are taken and the wine flows.
We serve our Paella with mounds of lemon wedges and our favourite wine or Sangria.
Afterwards, we finish off our meal with a delicious desert and Carajillas - a shot of black coffee with cognac or Anis.
Although we do not always partake in a Siesta, we are very laid back for the rest of the day.
